time, whether you want to race up a mountain or stroll into town to visit
the general store and anything in between. They are devoted to ideals
upon which The Earth Is Yours organization stands—giving you every
opportunity to enjoy a carefree, joyous and active walking holiday.
Jennifer Hennen, President
Jennifer, a self-proclaimed naturalist, she has been planning and leading
tours, for over a decade. One of her favorite destinations is Mexico and
the Edge of the Copper Canyon in Chihuahua. She also leads several of
the ever popular mid-west tours.
Terry Hennen
Terry is Jennifer's husband. His favorite tour to share with you is one
that heads to New Mexico High Country in July. He, too, has been giving
of his expertise in leading various tours for over a decade.
Lucais Hennen
A very good walker and advisor for our family tours, Luc has been involved
in walking with us for most of his 16 years.
Jodi Scutchfield Thyen
A former tri-athlete, as well as experienced hiker, she is known as an
angel by her associates. You will always feel confident with her in the
lead, as she shares with you her favorite trails in Brown County and Door
County. Now, a mother of two, she is also, on the family tours.
Homero Adame
Homero is a native and resident of Mexico, student of archaeology and
published travel writer. We are fortunate to have him as a leader on our
Mexican tours.
Linda Cooper and Dick Yeaw
Linda and Dick, have been instrumental in introducing us to the Northeast
and New England. Linda, an environmentalist committed to inspiring others
with an appreciation of our fragile world, has years of experience as
an outdoor adventure guide. Dick, a retired teacher, is an award winning
poet, a sailor and an avid walker who shares Linda's interest in the environment.
Joe Taylor
An outdoor enthusiast, he shares his love of the mid-west by being with
you at Starved Rock in February, Door County in either the spring or autumn,
and his favorite "rustic roads" in Iowa in June. He heads up
the Quad cities tourism promotion when he isn't sharing the outdoors with
people like you.
Mary McCloy
A native San Franciscan, Mary has lots of experience guiding tours all
around the bay area. An avid walker,she has completed numerous walking
marathons. She loves the socialization that takes place when people get
together to walk and explore new areas.
Linda Woods and John Ahern
Together with their excellent team of Irish Guides they will give you
a holiday to cherish. They will waken your senses to the tonic effect
of walking the Irish countryside.
Local Leaders
Local leaders assist on specific tours and give us intimate knowledge
