from the beaches of Carmel and Monterey to the Santa Lucia Mountain
Range. In between, find "Molera" where the mountains
meet the sea, Point Sur Lighthouse, Big Sur State Park and Point
Lobos. Walk in the mountains, by the sea, through towns and visit
one of the world's best aquariums. Stay at Glen Oaks, a peaceful
garden motel in the mountains of Big Sur.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Absorb
the breathtaking experience of Pfeiffer Beach.
Hike
the Ridge Trail in Andrew Molera State Park to the Panorama where
the views are magnificent. Follow the Bluff Trail, with its ocean
views, down to the beach.
Visit
Point Sur Lighthouse, Nepenthe and walk to Pfeiffer Falls.
A
walk along the ocean in Pacific Grove tops off a day in Historic
Old Town Monterey, Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
Climb
the Tan Bark Trail up to the Tin House and another great view
of the coastline. Follow the Fire Road down with outstanding scenery
all the way.
Watch
the sea otters and their friends at Point Lobos, visit the Mission
in Carmel and stroll the beach at sunset.
